Applications for City of Sydney’s Green building grants open soon!

Applications open: Tuesday 8 July 2025

Applications close: Tuesday 12 August.

Your apartment building may be able to receive a grant of up to $15,000 for an energy audit, NABERS rating, and other assessments such as EV charging, solar feasibility, electrification, and water assessment.
