Antias, Pyrmont — Energy Smart Strata

The Antias is an apartment building located at the prestigious Jacksons Landing strata complex in Pyrmont, Sydney.

The Antias was a 4-star Green Star accredited apartment building. The building incorporates many best practise energy efficiency technologies including solar panels to power common area equipment, power factor correction, VSD controlled fans and pumps and energy efficiency lighting.

Our energy audit identified several options to further improve the energy efficiency of the building and options to reduce costs.

We identified the site was on an incorrect network tariff and rates, this was significantly increasing costs. We arranged an electricity tender for the site and found the best deal. Since the energy audit electricity costs have reduced by 20%.
